**Bar Manager Position**
As a seasoned Bar Manager, you will oversee the entire operational spectrum of our lively sports bar and grill. From managing the restaurant and bar to ensuring exceptional customer service, your leadership skills will be crucial in driving revenue growth while maintaining an electric atmosphere.
Main Responsibilities:
* Efficiently control all operations across the venue, including running the restaurant and bar.
* Support the Venue and Assistant Venue Manager by opening and closing the venue.
* Manage the FOH operational facets of the business.
* Audit OH&S and Food Hygiene procedures.
* Identify opportunities to build sales and revenue while controlling costs.
* Ensure superior service quality for outstanding guest experiences.
* Lead a positive working environment as a senior leader.
* Maintain current market knowledge and execute promotional/marketing concepts for business growth.
The Ideal Candidate:
* A minimum of 2 years Hospitality Management experience.
* Experience working in both Bar and Restaurant environments.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
* Possession of passion for the industry and a strong sales culture.
* Experience in financial aspects of a business.
* RSA certificate.
