Main Duties:
* Employee set up and maintenance in MYOB: adjustments to pay rates, updating employee information, processing terminations
* Processing of weekly high-volume payroll across a diverse range of projects and Enterprise Agreements
* Maintain payroll records and employee data
* Superannuation monthly lodgement via CBUS clearing fund
* Long Service Leave quarterly lodgement via MyLeave
* Child Support monthly lodgement via Services Australia
* ReddiFund monthly lodgement
* Respond to internal and external enquiries relating to payroll in a timely manner
* Assist in the preparation of scheduled and ad hoc payroll related reports
* General administration and office duties
* Work in a fast pasted, time sensitive environment

To be considered for the role you must have:
* A minimum of 1 years experience in a Payroll Administrator / Officer role
* Experience in end-to-end payroll within a medium organisation
* Experience with Construction Industry worker classifications and Enterprise Agreements
* Experience processing timesheetings include: site uplifts, allowances and loadings
* End to end experience with MYOB: from employee set up to processing terminations
* Experience with Tanda or similar employee time sheet software
* Ability to organise and prioritise own workload to ensure deadlines are met
* Experience with lodging superannuation and other statutory lodgements
* Strong communication skills
* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to problem solve
* Ability to work within a fast paced, high pressure environment
* Advanced with Microsoft 365 systems, predominantly, Excel, Word, Sharepoint and Outlook
