The Role
As Service and Maintenance Delivery Manager, you’ll take ownership of service operations across a growing customer portfolio. You will oversee scheduling, field delivery, contractor management, and performing reporting – ensuring we meet or exceed our service level agreements (SLAs), customer expectations, and safety standards.
You will also work closely with internal stakeholders to enhance systems, drive process improvements, and ensure subcontractors and field teams are supported, informed, and operating effectively.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
* Oversee delivery of preventative and reactive maintenance services to meet contractual SLAs
* Manage customer communication, reporting, and satisfaction – with a focus on achieving an NPS above 60
* Lead scheduling and response times, ensuring efficiency across internal teams and subcontractors
* Maintain robust subcontractor onboarding, training, and performance monitoring
* Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, reporting, and system updates across all service operations
* Monitor and improve inventory levels to ensure availability of spare parts for service activities
* Drive ongoing process optimisation and technology adoption across service platforms
* Champion safety culture and ensure all works are performed in accordance with WHS standards and policies
* Foster a high-performing team through active leadership, coaching, and professional development
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience leading service and maintenance operations, preferably in a field-based or technical services environment
* Strong knowledge of maintenance workflows, SLA management, and safety compliance
* Demonstrated leadership in managing internal teams and subcontractors
* Excellent customer service focus, with experience driving customer satisfaction outcomes (e.g. NPS)
* Sound knowledge of digital service platforms and a passion for process improvement
* Organised, analytical, and outcomes-driven with a sharp eye for operational performance
