Customer Service Coordinator Role
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to support our client base in a temporary role based in Sydney. This opportunity offers a supportive management team and ongoing work possibilities.
* This role involves receiving and processing electronic sales orders, liaising with demand planning and distribution teams, coordinating transport movements with customers and carriers, communicating with customers to assist with product enquiries, and providing order confirmations, product shortages and stock availability reports.
As a key member of the team, you will develop strong relationships with our domestic clients, ensuring excellent customer service and support throughout the entire process.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate:
* Proven experience in a similar role within a FMCG environment
* Excellent attention to detail
* Well-developed customer service skills
* SAP and MS Office experience
* Flexibility and a team player attitude
