Allsafe Access Property Maintenance Pty Ltd require Painters on a full time basis to work on the Gold Coast and Brisbane region.
Duties include: Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, scraping, sanding, or applying various pre-treatments as necessary.
Applying weatherproofing coatings to exterior surfaces to protect against the elements.
Applying primer to surfaces before painting to enhance adhesion and durability of the paint.
Applying paint using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment to achieve desired finish and coverage.
Utilise rope access methods including rigging, descending, ascending, and positioning to access work areas at heights or difficult-to-reach locations.
Inspect, maintain, and ensure the proper functioning of all rope access and painting equipment.
Work effectively as part of a team, coordinating with other rope access technicians, painters, and supervisors.
Inspect work after completion to ensure high-quality standards are met, including paint finish, coverage, and adherence to specifications.
Salary will be between $75,000 and $85,000 per annum plus statutory superannuation.
Must have at least 3 years experience as a Painter and IRATA qualification.
