**About the Role**
The Bank of Queensland Group has an exciting opportunity for a Scrum Master to support the Cards & Payments Platform. By joining the Business Bank Group Tech team, you will be able to make a difference with integrity and empathy, contributing to the successful and effective delivery of initiatives, adding significant value to our organisation.
As a Scrum Master you will play a lead role within the Cards & Payments Delivery team, being responsible for organising & driving the delivery of the agile squad/scrum team whilst ensuring agile methodology is understood and practised consistently.
Reporting to the Head of Transformation, you will oversee the end-to-end execution of initiatives, system enhancements, process efficiencies and compliance management across the multi-branded bank ecosystem within the Cards & Payments stream, ensuring strategic objectives of the business are met.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for the delivery, coaching and protection of the agile squad/scrum team, further assisting in maximising value created by the squad using agile ceremonies and facilitating the removal of impediments, resolving any conflict within the squad.
- Set and measure the squad's continuous improvement while creating visibility and determining the sprint commitment, further furnishing the release and change management plans as well as acceptance criteria.
- Assist with budget and resource planning, collaborating closely with product teams across the bank ensuring delivery against agreed timelines.
- Working with vendors, coordinating development and delivery of joint objectives
**About you**
As an experienced scrum professional, you will be a collaborative agile leader with strong passion for the customer and how we deliver to their needs and expectations. Along with your extensive industry experience leading agile based methodology in a digital environment, you can collaborate with external partners to deliver at pace through the development and maintenance of strong relationships.
Furthermore, you will have experience in delivery across multiple build partners, providers and external integration points with a strong ability to prioritise activities based on business needs and requirements. You will also be able to work with business partners to refine the business plan and roadmaps, translate business plans into operational objectives and platform features and work with the business to maximise the benefits from the change.
