The newly created Brand and Channel Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping how Adore Beauty is experienced in market. This role is central to our growth plans and will help ensure our brand shows up with clarity, confidence and impact across every customer touchpoint.

About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and creative thinking Brand & Channel Marketing Manager to lead brand impact and growth and customer acquisition across key marketing channels. This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, consumer insights, and channel execution—ensuring consistent, compelling storytelling while driving measurable commercial outcomes.
You will embed brand positioning and translate it into high-impact channel strategies across digital, retail, e-commerce, and partnerships. The ideal candidate blends strong brand instincts with analytical thinking and a deep understanding of the beauty market and customer.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the delivery end-to-end customer campaign calendar, with accountability for traffic outcomes across digital and physical channels.
* Orchestrate integrated omni-channel campaigns across digital, retail, media and partnerships, applying strong channel best practice.
* Own the quality of campaign strategy, briefing and delivery, partnering with the Creative Director to ensure clear, aligned and consistently high quality execution.
* Lead and develop a multi disciplinary marketing team, setting direction, building capability and lifting execution quality across channels
* Bring a strong external and customer lens to campaign decisions, pressure testing ideas to ensure work earns attention and performs in market
