Up to $350K Package + Relocation Support
The Opportunity
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a progressive, high-performing Emergency Department delivering complex, high-quality care to a large and diverse regional population.
About the Role
You will work in a modern, well-equipped Emergency Department managing approximately 45,000 presentations annually, offering a broad and engaging clinical case mix.
* Dedicated Resuscitation, Acute, Fast Track, and Paediatric zones
* Emergency Short Stay Unit (ESSU)
* Strong links with ICU, operating theatres, oncology, and diagnostics
* Designated trauma and retrieval centre
* Access to a locally based helicopter retrieval service

Remuneration & Conditions
* Total package up to $350,000
* Up to 40 hours per week
* Fractional appointments considered
Selection Criteria
* Fellowship of the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine and/or eligibility for Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency specialist registration
* Demonstrated recent and comprehensive experience in Emergency Medicine
* Commitment to teaching, supervision, and ongoing professional development
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
* Experience in leadership, service development, and quality improvement
* Commitment to clinical governance and patient-centred care
