Your Role
As a Graduate Electrical Engineer, you'll join our technical division and play a key role in design, feasibility, optimisation, estimating, and project engineering. This is not just a desk-based role — you'll be involved in load profiling, system design, performance modelling, and supporting bids and proposals. You'll collaborate with project managers, estimators, and site teams to deliver real projects while gaining client-facing experience.
Training, Development & Rotations
* We'll provide structured on-the-job training and mentoring from senior engineers, project managers, and business leaders. You'll gain exposure to:
* Design & Engineering – Conceptual, preliminary, and detailed designs for solar and BESS.
* Feasibility & Load Profiling – Analysing client energy consumption and engineered solutions.
* Performance & Modelling – Using tools such as PVsyst, AutoCAD, and Helioscope.
* Estimating & Bids – Translating designs into costs, proposals, and technical submissions.
* Delivery Support – Assisting project teams with technical queries during construction.
