About the Role:
","We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in Port Macquarie and surrounding areas.","You will deliver evidence-based occupational therapy assessments and interventions to clients under aged care funding programs, focusing on reablement and restorative care.","Your work will help older people maintain or regain independence, mobility, and confidence to remain living at home.","

About You:
","Degree in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration required.","Demonstrated ability to assess occupational therapy needs and develop individualised programs for aged care clients in the community.","Postgraduate experience working with aged care services, including rehabilitation and community settings.","Comprehensive understanding of reablement and restorative care models.","Confident working both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.","Excellent written and verbal communication skills.","Demonstrated computer literacy.","Alignment with our values and mission.","Current first aid certificate or willingness to obtain.","Unrestricted driver's licence and access to a reliable, registered vehicle with minimum Third-Party Property Damage car insurance.",
