Key Responsibilities:

* Create project plans for new furniture design rollouts, website updates, or CRM integrations.
* Coordinate system releases and testing with the IT team.
* Write user manuals and prepare training materials.
* Prepare functional specifications for system developers and vendors.
* Design improvements for digital platforms and business systems.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Business Systems, or related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience in ERP, CRM, POS, and e-commerce systems.
* At least one year of experience in relevant field is required.
