We are delighted to be exclusively partnering with Unitywater to appoint the Executive Assistant to the Executive Manager – People, Culture & Safety. This is a business-critical role, offering the opportunity to work alongside an engaging and people-focused leader in a high-impact function.

This role will be based in Maroochydore, with the option to work from home one to two days per week. There will also be some occasional travel to Unitywater's Mango Hill office, approximately one to two days per month.
About the role:
As Executive Assistant to the Executive Manager, People, Culture & Safety, you'll provide high-level, confidential support that enables the function to operate seamlessly.
This Executive is an extrovert who enjoys bringing fun and energy into the workplace, while keeping a clear focus on outcomes and objectives. He is a genuinely caring leader, known for his flexible thinking, strong emotional intelligence, and ability to connect with people across the organisation.
This is not a purely transactional EA role, it's about being a trusted advisor, a sounding board, and a connector across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
* Complex diary and email management, prioritising what matters most
* Drafting correspondence, preparing reports and presentations, and managing business unit documentation
* Coordinating meetings, workshops, Board/Committee commitments, and maintaining accurate action logs
* Supporting financial and operational reporting, and facilitating information flow across the PCS leadership team
* Organising travel itineraries, conferences, events and stakeholder engagements
* Acting as the coordination point for administrative support across the wider business unit
* Ensuring compliance with WHS, governance and operational standards
About you:
You are an experienced Executive Assistant with a background in fast-paced, dynamic environments. You know how to build relationships, anticipate needs, and keep things moving.
To be successful, you will also demonstrate:
* Proven experience providing executive-level support with discretion and judgement
* Advanced organisational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities
* Strong written and verbal communication, with sharp attention to detail
* High EQ and interpersonal skills, able to influence and connect across an enterprise
* A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach
