We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Human Resources Advisor to join our high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert advice and guidance on a wide range of HR related matters including employee relations, performance management and organisational change;
* Support leaders in managing non-work related injuries and return to work process;
* Manage employee relations caseload including disciplinary, grievance etc.;
* Coach and support leaders on performance management and people development;
* Maintain accurate HR records and contribute to HR metrics and reporting;
* Identify opportunities to simplify, streamline, and innovate our people processes;
* Be a trusted advisor who balances responsiveness with big-picture thinking;
* Collaborate across the People & Culture team – Talent, Systems, ER/IR, and L&D.
Requirements:
* Degree qualifications in Human Resource Management is desirable;
* 2-5 years' experience as a HR Advisor (generalist HR background ideal);
* Strong working knowledge of employee relations, award interpretation, and HR legislation;
* Confidence managing day-to-day HR queries alongside more complex advisory work;
* Can-do attitude, resilience, and a drive to make a positive impact.
