Ramsay is excited to offer a part-time Retail Pharmacy opportunity at our Ramsay Pharmacy – New Farm location. This role is perfect for a motivated and customer-focused professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional service in a supportive, community-focused environment.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the dispensary, including Webster packing and coverage as required.
* Guiding and supporting team members to deliver excellent service.
* Driving sales and achieving KPIs within a collaborative team environment.
* You will be required to assist with deliveries.

What You'll Do
* Provide professional pharmacy services including vaccinations, MedsChecks, DAA Webster packing, and Staged Supply (note: no opioid replacement therapy)
* Deliver expert patient counselling and dispensing services
* Collaborate with and support team members to achieve KPIs and sales targets
* Foster a safe, compliant, and customer-centric environment
* Help drive continuous improvement in operations and customer service
What You'll Bring
* A passion for community pharmacy and patient care
* Ability to lead and support a team in delivering safe, high-quality services
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Retail pharmacy experience (preferred but not essential)
* Proficiency in:
* Patient counselling.
Mandatory Requirements
* Proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
* A current national police check (issued within the last 12 months).
