Turnaround Manager Position
We are seeking a skilled Turnaround Manager to drive urgent improvement and stabilise service delivery in our rehabilitation service. This 6-month fixed-term role will focus on delivering a focused turnaround plan aimed at achieving a Good CQC rating, stabilising and motivating the workforce, embedding training and development aligned with best practice in neurorehabilitation, and ensuring full compliance with CQC standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver and lead a focused turnaround plan aimed at achieving a Good CQC rating
* Stabilise and motivate the workforce, addressing performance and cultural challenges
* Embed training and development aligned with best practice in neurorehabilitation (e.g., PBS, clinical frameworks)
* Promote a culture of ownership, transparency, and continuous learning
* Ensure full compliance with CQC standards, safeguarding policies, and sector-specific regulations
Requirements:
* Strong background in CQC, turnaround, and service improvement roles
* Demonstrable success in achieving and sustaining Good CQC outcomes
* Experience within ABI, neurorehabilitation, or mental health services
* Proactive leadership style with the ability to influence and support positive change
* Clinical qualification desirable but not essential
