We have an exciting opportunity within our team for a highly motivated and client-focused Finance and Insurance Manager. Our ideal candidate is someone who consistently goes above and beyond, excels in customer satisfaction, and, above all else, is a team player.
While finance, banking, or insurance experience is preferred, it is not essential, a sales background will be preferred. We believe that the desire to succeed and maintain a high level of personal and professional growth is of utmost importance. The primary responsibilities of the Finance and Insurance Manager include offering finance and insurance options and quotes for vehicle purchases, preparing financial submissions to Toyota Financial Services for approval, completing relevant statutory paperwork and training, processing and controlling payouts for vehicle trade-ins, and proactively managing existing customers and their needs. Additionally, the role requires a commitment to learning and growing within the position, with a focus on both team and customer satisfaction.
The chosen candidate will also be responsible for other duties as required, in order to effectively service both internal and external customers. Comprehensive training and certification will be provided to ensure that the successful candidate is fully equipped to excel in this role.
