Salary: AUD112000 - AUD123200 per annum
An exciting role is available for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead operations within a busy steel manufacturing facility. Perfect role for a hands‐on leader who enjoys working on the production floor with strong people and process management skills.
The Role:
* Lead day‐to‐day production operations
* Supervise and support production staff
* Coordinate workflow, staffing, and output targets
* Ensure safe operation of machinery and equipment
* Monitor workflow, staffing levels, and production schedules
* Troubleshoot production issues and minimise downtime
* Maintain high standards across safety, quality, and housekeeping
About You:
* Previous leadership experience within manufacturing or steel production
* Strong understanding of steel or sheet metal production
* Valid forklift licence
* Hands‐on leadership style with strong communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast‐paced production environment
* Strong focus on safety and continuous improvement
* Afternoon shift – 11am start
