Purpose: Provide support to the iBuildstore Sales process including managing incoming enquiries, processing enquiries following up opportunities for the iBuildstore product range specifically including the ULTRALOX and PROMENAID range of products.
· Handling new enquiries both on line, email and via telephone providing an exceptional customer experience
· Develop & build relationships with regular customers promoting the range.
· Processing online and telephone orders.
· Liaise with all parts of the business to ensure a smooth process of meeting customer requirements.
· Quote custom projects as required (training to be provided)
· Assist with administration of orders.
· Develop reporting for the business unit to provide information for the sales team to make informed decisions.
· Support team to exceed daily targets
· Undertake tasks delegated to you by your manager or the business.
· Fullfill other duties as required by management and other department personnel as requested/required
· Collaborate with all departments to ensure standards are of the highest quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Ensure the achievement of KPI's
· Embrace continuous improvement and Lean process in day-to-day work processes and projects

Experience
· minimum years experience in similar position
Knowledge
· Understanding of Sales processes and administration
