We specialise in stormwater and drainage engineering for infill multi‑unit developments, and our continued growth has created an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail‑oriented individual to join our dynamic team.
The Opportunity
Are you ready to take the next step in your design career? Whether you're a qualified draftsperson, student or a recent graduate, or hold a Certificate IV, Diploma, or Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering or Surveying, this role offers hands‑on experience in stormwater and driveway design for real‑world residential projects. You'll work closely with a senior engineer with over 30 years of experience, gaining exposure to the full lifecycle of land development projects across the Hunter region.
Who We're Looking For
* Qualifications in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or Drafting (Certificate IV, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or equivalent)
* Interest or experience in stormwater and driveway design for infill multi‑unit developments
* Familiarity with Australian and local council engineering standards
* Proficiency in AutoCAD
* Experience with Magnet, Civil 3D, or similar design software
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
* A current driver's licence
* WH&S General Construction Induction Certificate (White Card)
* No overseas applicants
This role is also suitable for university students or graduates seeking practical experience in civil design.
