What You'll Learn:
* Examining and understanding detailed drawings and specifications
* Operating metalworking machines to create parts or tools
* Assembling and fixing pieces together using welding, bolting, and riveting techniques
* Setting up and operating hand and machine tools, welding equipment, and CNC machines
* Maintaining accuracy and quality of finished parts, tools, or sub-assemblies
Key Requirements:
* Learn quickly and have an eye for detail
* Possess a mechanical aptitude
* Enjoy working in a team and be highly motivated
* Have a positive approach to workplace safety
