About This Project
We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team on an estimated 3-month temporary assignment, with the possibility of extension.
The role involves providing high-level support for project administration, business and secretariat tasks to achieve program objectives. Key responsibilities include:
* End-to-end project coordination;
* Tracking, monitoring, and reporting on project scope, plans, status updates, milestones, budgets, and deliverables;
* Scheduling and coordinating meetings, seminars, conferences, and committees;
* Coordinating catering, equipment, and overall presentation;
* Preparing high-level project documentation, including agendas, briefs, correspondence, minutes, presentation materials, and reports;
* Source and compile information to support informed decision-making outcomes;
* Undertake research and analysis, identifying trends, issues, and mitigating risks;
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives;
* Establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships, facilitating collaboration, cohesion, consultation, partnerships, and contribution of ideas;

To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Demonstrated experience in project, program, business or administration support;
* Proven secretariat experience;
* Emergency, disaster response, or public sector experience highly advantageous;
* Willingness to undergo a National Police Check;
* Reliable remote internet access;
* Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment;
