The Buyer requires a Labour Hire Worker (candidate) to fill the role of the Senior CRM Developer. This important role will work closely with other solution developers and testers across multi-disciplinary teams that use waterfall and agile principles and practices to deliver client-centered solutions. This role will be required to collaborate with, and take direction from, the Solution Architect, Project Manager and Director, Customer & Collaboration team to provide technical expertise and build technical capability within the branch to a high standard.
Key duties and responsibilities
The duties of the Senior CRM Developer role include, however are not limited to:
* Establishing and maintaining all aspects of SDLC.
* Liaising with key stakeholders such as:
1. Various teams at our infrastructure provider,
2. Stakeholders within Technology and Innovation,
3. Customer teams in business and user areas
* Setting and maintaining high quality standards through design and coding reviews.
* Producing and implementing quality management and governance documents such as Solution Architecture, Disaster Recovery Plans, Security Risk Management Plans, Standard Operating Procedures
* Data migration, knowledge of creating and running SSIS packages.
* Maintaining second level support functions and assisting to develop and empower first level support functions.
* Collaborating with teams containing complimentary skill sets to work cohesively as a branch.
* Supporting and coordinating enhancement of existing systems through change management processes.
* Performing the role of Technical Advisor in an agile project management team as required.
* Maintaining and supporting related tools and technology for core systems and SDLC practices.
* Aligning work direction to guiding principles such as Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Strategy and other standards and methodologies required.
* Transferring technical knowledge and skills to other team members.
Technical requirements of the role: EL2 equivalent or SFIA 5/6 equivalent
Mandatory training: The Labour Hire Worker will be required to undertake all mandatory training upon commencement or as otherwise directed by the Buyer.
Internal Policies and Procedures: The Labour Hire Worker will be required to follow internal policies and procedures relating to but not limited to security, WHS, ICT systems use etc.
Behaviours: The Labour Hire Worker will be required to align closely with the requirements which relates to the Australian Public Service (APS) Code of Conduct which requires employees to behave honestly and with integrity, act with care and diligence, treat everyone with respect and courtesy, and comply with all Australian laws.
Interview: All shortlisted candidates may be invited to attend an interview via Teams – the Buyer will provide at least 2 (two) business days' notice prior to any interview taking place.
Referees: All shortlisted candidates after the interview process, may require referee checks (up to 2) undertaken by the Seller's Representative and/or the Buyer's Representative.
National Police Check: The Labour Hire Worker must hold a current National Police Check (valid within the last 6 months) or be willing to obtain one prior to commencement with the Buyer. The Seller can undertake this, or the Buyer can undertake this on behalf of the Seller.
Essential Criteria
1. Demonstrated proficiency and experience in configuring and developing solutions in Dynamics CRM including:
* Strong understanding on fundamentals of Dynamics CRM development models and PowerPlatform.
* Ability to create, implement and troubleshoot existing or new applications and integrations with external apps such as Service Bus, SharePoint, and Logic Apps.
* Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
2. Evidence of a strong track record managing end-to-end SDLC full stack concerns for complex applications.
3. Sound developer skills are mandatory. Candidates must demonstrate experience and in-depth knowledge in the following technologies:
* .NET and C#
* Web Services, API, REST
* JavaScript and client-side scripting
* Enterprise Service Bus middleware
* Complimentary Azure IaaS and PaaS offerings
* Power Platform – Power Automate, Power BI, PowerApps and Dataverse
4. Sound understanding of the principles and techniques of requirements gathering, analysis, specification, and validation.
5. Ability to collaborate with, and influence internal stakeholders, to identify different paths to a solution and then negotiate an outcome.
