About the role:
As Site Manager, you'll be the driving force of our Rockhampton Learning & Lifestyle Centre & In home Support Services — Managing & leading the day-to-day operations of these two remits, creating a vibrant culture where independence, confidence, and social connection thrive.
You'll lead a passionate team, shaping programs that empower individuals to learn life skills like cooking, managing money, and building friendships, while enjoying arts, music, and sports. Every day, you'll help create experiences that are fun, meaningful, and tailored to personal goals.
Beyond the Centre, you'll oversee outreach and home-based disability services—ensuring quality, compliance, and care that truly changes lives.
Key responsibilities include:
* Be the welcoming face for new & existing clients and guide their journey with care.
* Champion person-centred, trauma-informed service delivery aligned with best practice.
* Provide strong operational leadership across disability programs, ensuring compliance with legislation and quality standards.
* Inspire continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery.
What We're Looking For:
* Deep experience in NDIS service delivery and disability support programs.
* Strong grasp of government policies, regulations, and NDIS processes.
* Awareness of current trends and challenges in the disability sector.
* Cultural competency to deliver inclusive services for all abilities and fostering connection to the community.
What You'll Bring
* Degree in Human Services or related field.
* Proven leadership in disability and community services.
* Knowledge of NDIS and safeguarding frameworks.
* Excellent communication, positivity, and team-building skills.
* Values that align with the disability sector.
* Ability to manage and inspire two programs and teams.
* Integrity, honesty, and high ethical standards.
* Required checks: Blue Card, Yellow Card, National Criminal History Check, valid driver's licence.
