Join our Lincoln Sentry Branch located in Toowoomba as Branch Assistant and contribute to the smooth day‑to‑day operations in a store and warehouse environment. This is Full-time role Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm, offering a great work environment, stability and supportive leader.
What You’ll Be Doing
Providing friendly, knowledgeable service and building strong customer relationshipsPicking, packing, and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficientlySupporting day‑to‑day warehouse operations, including receipting and stocktakesMaintaining a safe, clean, and well‑presented store environmentAssisting with promotions and identifying opportunities to upsell productsWorking closely with the team to support the overall success of the branch

What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a trade retail or warehouse environmentStrong customer service and communication skillsA reliable, hands‑on team player who takes pride in their work and contributes positively to the teamExperience driving a Forklift, or willingness to obtain internal competencyConfident computer skills, with experience using SAP and Microsoft Office preferredStrong attention to detail and the ability manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and adapt to changing daily demandsA good level of physical fitness and the ability to lift up to 25kgs, occasionally
