Your role plays a pivotal part in the patient services department, bridging the gap between patients, clinicians, and health funds.
As a key point of contact, you will facilitate seamless communication, ensuring smooth pre-admission, admission, discharge, billing, and debtors follow-up processes.
The position demands:
* Maintenance of accurate and current information within our systems
* Coordination of patient admission process, including financial/admission paperwork and health fund requirements
* Clear communication of relevant Health Fund information and associated financial considerations to stakeholders
You will work closely with clinical managers and other departments to optimize patient flow and experience.
