Restorative Justice Practitioner - Case Management and Youth Diversion

About the Role:
* Assess the complex risks and rehabilitative needs of young people referred by the police and courts
* Participate in youth diversionary programs
* Case manage a caseload of identified clients on legal orders
Key Responsibilities:
1. Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments to identify the needs and risks of each young person
2. Youth Diversion: Participate in diversionary programs to help young people avoid entering the justice system
3. Case Management: Work with a caseload of clients on legal orders, providing support and guidance throughout their journey
Required Qualifications and Skills:
* Tasmanian registration to work with vulnerable people (RWVP)
* Current drivers licence
