Are you passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of people with disability? Workpower is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Community/Life Support Workers to join our Community/Programs team across Perth’s Southern Regions (Kewdale, Rockingham, Mandurah).

* Community programs
* Employment opportunities
* Life skills development
Our Community Support Workers help customers achieve goals, make social connections, and pursue careers or micro-enterprises.
💼 What You’ll Be Doing
No two days are the same! Depending on your customer’s goals, you might:
* Assist them to seek employment through a tailored approach
* Support activities that build capacity for a more fulfilling life
* Attend meaningful social and recreational activities
* Empower individuals to explore hobbies, micro-enterprises, or training opportunities

✅ About You
This job is perfect for you if:
* You have a positive, can-do attitude.
* You’re inclusive and person-centered.
* Have experience with employment support (DES or similar background preferred).
* You care about safety.
* You’re eager to learn new things.
* You are willing to travel up to 30km’s to get to work.
* Are based in Perth's South (Kwinana to Mandurah and surrounds).
