This is an exceptional opportunity for a sales and marketing coordinator to join this business based in the Kincumber area where you will be offered a comprehensive hand over, check lists, and procedures for every step of your role along with support from the team to help you thrive in your new role

**What will you be doing in this role**:
Working under two incredibly professional and well regarded agents this role will see you manage the administration and marketing for up to 60 sales per year. Your responsibilities will include;
- Arrange and attend photoshoots
- Prepare and book marketing schedules
- Manage all sales compliance from list to settlement
- Coordinate stylists and works to get properties ready for sale
- Manage social media posting and agent branding
- Prepare prelist kits, proposals, and market reports
- Order office supplies and oversee the running of the office
- Preparing for settlement, liaison with solicitors and clients
- A minimum 12 months real estate experience
- Current Certificate of registration or real estate licence
- A valid drivers licence and access to a car
- Sound knowledge of the sales process
- Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail
- Eager to learn and develop your real estate career
