Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic full time Customer Care Consultant to join our Trade Store team based in Mount Isa QLD to provide an exceptional level of service to our growing customer base. While you will focus on delivering exceptional service to our customers and the market, no day will be the same. What Your New Role Entails
* Build engaging relationships with our customers and internal stakeholders.
* Process customer orders and manage the end-to-end customer interaction activities.
* Interact with customers in our Trade Centre, including face-to-face service, responding to requests, sourcing parts, and following up on expected time of arrivals for backorders.
* Provide product-based information where required; training is available to build your skills.
* Undertake daily stock replenishment/stock takes and update our Trade Centre Showrooms.
* General housekeeping in the Trade Centre to ensure it is safe, clean and inviting for customers.
We have an amazing training program available, so even if you don't have all the skills yet, we will train you.
What You'll Bring With You
* A curious and learning mindset to engage and grow with us.
* Well-developed customer service skills with a 'customer first' approach.
* Confidence and experience with the Microsoft suite of products; Excel and Word are essential.
* Excellent oral and written communication.
* Time management skills.
* Be safety minded and promote safety within our branch.
* Attention to detail and focus on completion of allocated tasks.
* Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
* Forklift license (desirable).
