This is a outstanding opportunity to join a supportive finance team within a well-established organisation based in Perth's eastern suburbs.
We're currently partnering with a leading business that's seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to assist during a busy period.
This role is being offered on a temporary basis for approximately two months, with the possibility of extension depending on workload.
This role is looking to start ASAP, so you must be immediately available to start The Role Reporting to the AP Manager, and working in a team of 3, your responsibilities will include: End-to-end processing of invoices and payments Matching, batching and coding invoices accurately Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies Preparing payment runs and assisting with month-end duties Responding to supplier queries and maintaining strong relationships Assisting the wider finance team with ad hoc support as required About You We're looking for someone with: Previous experience in an Accounts Payable role Robust attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Excellent communication and problem-solving skills A proactive, hands-on attitude and the ability to work independently What's On Offer Immediate start with a well-known organisation Two-month temporary contract with possible extension Friendly and cooperative finance team environment Convenient location in the eastern suburbs with in office parking If you're an experienced Accounts Payable professional looking for a short-term opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
