About the Role
As Digital Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for shaping and executing New Era's three-year digital and eCommerce growth strategy, translating it into a rolling annual plan that delivers revenue, conversion, and AOV targets. Reporting to the General Manager, you'll own performance across the B2C Shopify site, optimising UX, building content and campaign calendars, and driving the eCommerce funnel end to end.
Key focus areas include:
* Developing and executing the digital strategy to increase eComm revenue
* Leading site optimisation, UX, and merchandising to maximise traffic, conversion, and retention
* Using data and consumer insights to build customer cohorts, optimise promotional cadence, and lift CLTV
* Driving paid, owned, and earned channel performance including SEO, SEM, social, CRM, and lifecycle marketing
* Managing agency partners and overseeing ad spend effectiveness, balancing top-of-funnel awareness with conversion
* Leading and developing a small team (Digital Coordinator and Buyer Planner), while collaborating closely with Creative, BU Managers, and product teams
Skills & ExperienceWe're looking for a hands-on digital leader with a background in D2C, pure-play, or high-cadence eCommerce environments (or agency experience with a strong client-side focus). You'll bring:
* 3+ years in eCommerce or Digital Marketing leadership, ideally in retail, consumer, or wholesale settings
* Strong commercial acumen with experience delivering against sales and profitability targets
* Deep understanding of digital marketing levers, customer insights, and funnel performance metrics
* Technical experience with platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo and paid search/social
* A blend of strategic vision and tactical execution equally comfortable in the numbers and in the detail
* Entrepreneurial, data-driven mindset with a focus on delivering growth through customer engagement and optimisation
