Ensure retail teams are armed with the right skills, tools, and knowledge to excel—driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across markets.Drive operational excellence in the execution of frameworks, identifying and closing gaps where neededDevelop and deliver job-specific training (e.g., Customer Service, retail tech, wages, onboarding, and “how we do retail”).
