Digital Specialist for Established Luxury Flooring Brand

My client are a global supplier of commercial and residential luxury vinyl tile flooring. They pride themselves with production and sell of a range of floor tiles and wood planks that faithfully reproduce the look of natural materials such as wood and stone, yet with none of their practical drawbacks.
**Your new role**
The Digital Specialist will champion premium digital communication activities for Australia and New Zealand regions to build a lasting digital connection with consumers. Driving market research, residential, commercial and consumer behaviours, and market competitors to execute and optimise effective multi-channel digital marketing strategy. Initiate a broad range of digitally-focused marketing activities contributing to consumer acquisition and brand awareness. Working both autonomously and collaboratively developing engaging and relevant content to enhance the brand and customer experience.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Tertiary qualification Marketing or related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in a digital product marketing role.
- Demonstrable B2B together with B2C marketing, campaign and community experience.
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability.
- Experience working with specialised digital teams, agencies and/or parent companies.
- Good working understanding of Google Analytics, SEO and its implications on website ranking
- Experience in web publishing/content management systems (CMS). EpiServer experience highly regarded.
- Demonstrable social channels management (content implementation and optimisation of paid ads) experience. Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
- Demonstrable SEM/Google Search & Display management / agency management experience.
- Proficient in MS Office including MS Project, experience working with databases, CRM or similar.
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation & communication skills.
- Developed capability in market analysis, planning and strategic coordination. Commercial and market insight is considered favourably.
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Video production experience and history working within a Global HQ Team is a plus.
Design skills including the use of tools such as Photoshop, Indesign and video editing is a plus.
