**The MF & Associates cyber security team is looking for graduates and early career professionals to upskill in cyber security governance, risk, compliance, policy and strategy.**
**Your new role**
You will be exposed to an exciting new opportunity, providing cyber security policy, strategy and governance advice to our Australian Federal Government clients.
You will work in a highly skilled team under the guidance of industry experts providing real-time security advice and guidance to uplift our client's cyber governance, risk and compliance. You will help our clients:
- Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to troubleshoot production issues across all interrelated systems.
- Understand their security risks and propose mitigating solutions.
- Uplift the cyber security stance and protect their systems.
**To be successful**
To work with our Australian Federal Government clients, you must be an Australian citizen and either hold or be eligible and willing to obtain security clearance (minimum baseline).
Other essential requirements include:
- a strong work ethic, ability to self-manage time to deliver outcomes as part of a dynamic team.
- a professional and polite demeanour, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
The following experience will be highly regarded:
- familiarity with cyber security concepts
- highly developed oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
- being in Canberra, or the ability to relocate or travel for the role.
