The Role – Social Worker
Evina Connect are seeking a passionate and dedicated Social Work Contractor to join our growing team.
This flexible, contractor-based role is ideal for someone who thrives in a self-directed environment and is passionate about working with both children and adults within the NDIS framework.

This role is unique, in that it is directly overseen by a Senior Social Worker. It will provide suitable candidates with an opportunity to learn, develop and further enhance their Social Work skills and knowledge within the NDIS space and have access to ongoing support and development.
Location
We are seeking Social Work Contractors located in or near Fleurieu Peninsula, South Australia.
You will support participants to work towards their individual and NDIS goals by:
* Implementing individualised therapy plans
* Establishing goals and supporting participants to work towards these
* Conducting clinical assessments and psychosocial support
* Navigating complex systems such as housing, health, education, and justice
* Identifying barriers and supporting participants to overcome these
* Working collaboratively with families, carers, and other professionals
* Providing direct therapy or key worker supports to children
* Supporting Aged Care clients
Who We're Looking For
* Qualified Social Workers, who holds a full membership with theAASW
* Ability to work with diverse populations
* ABN and Professional Indemnity/Public Liability Insurance required (insurance included in AASW membership)
* Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a connected and supportive team
* A full driver's license and reliable vehicle
* Strong English communication skills (additional languages are a bonus)
* Problem-Solving skills

* Bi-Monthly Social Worker Group Check-Ins, which can count towards supervision hours
* Hourly Rate:$96-$106/hour, based on experience
* Work Conditions:Flexible workdays - Ideal candidate would have availability for at least 1-2 days of work
* Location:Will vary depending on the participants - Contractors may meet participants at their home, school or in the community
* Equipment:Contractors must use their own computer, work phone and car and comply with digital security requirements.
Requirements to Apply
Successful applicants will need to obtain relevant insurance and apply for a valid Police Check, Working with Children's Check, RRHAN-EC certificate and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
