Physiotherapist (HP3) - Acute & Rehabilitation | Brisbane South
$48 - $53 per hour + super | Fixed-Term (1 Year Maternity Relief) | Part-Time / Full-Time Options

? We're currently recruiting for a
fixed-term maternity relief role
within a busy Allied Health team in Brisbane's south.
This position will primarily support
acute wards
including medical, surgical, and CCU patients, with potential opportunities to work in rehabilitation or across other facilities within the hospital group. The role is available from
end of November 2025 to end of November 2026
, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive physiotherapy services to varied diagnostic groups
* Deliver assessment, treatment, and goal-directed rehabilitation for acute and subacute patients
* Participate in
program development
and quality improvement initiatives
* Collaborate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development programs
* Support and mentor junior physiotherapists and students
* Flexible opportunities for

About You:
* Bachelor in Physiotherapy (or equivalent) with
current AHPRA registration
* Hospital experience preferred; autonomy and strong clinical skills essential
* Skilled in managing acute, subacute, neurological, orthopaedic, and reconditioning/restorative patients
* ICU/CCU and ventilated patient experience advantageous
* Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
* Current driver's licence
