Job Title: Freelance Design Manager

Role and Duration
We are recruiting on behalf of a privately-owned contractor based in Hampshire that specializes in delivering residential builds across the South. Due to an influx in work they are currently looking for a freelance Design Manager to supplement their existing team until Christmas, working on 2 – 3 residential projects.
Responsibilities
- Support the design management of 2 – 3 residential projects until Christmas as part of the existing team.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Based within an hour commute of Southampton (preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience working within the Design department of a house builder or contractor.
