This 360‐bed teaching hospital is a premier healthcare provider offering a comprehensive range of services across all specialty areas. It provides outreach specialist and allied health services, clinical and retrieval support to regional hospitals in rural and remote areas, and teaching and reference services for northern Australia and Southeast Asia. It also offers pharmaceutical services for the hospital and surrounding community, 24‐hour emergency and critical care, and support for air medical service and renal satellite services.

Requirements
Ideally, candidates hold AHPRA General registration. The position is open to RACP assessed International Medical Graduates deemed partially or substantially comparable, as well as CA-Pathway country doctors with relevant General/Internal Medicine experience.
