Responsibilities
* Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and lead-generation activities
* Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions
* Conduct property showings, open houses, and client consultations
* Prepare and present offers, contracts, and comparative market analyses
* Negotiate purchase agreements to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
* Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
* Stay up to date on local market trends, property values, and regulations
* Use CRM systems and marketing tools to manage leads and follow-ups
Requirements
* Active real estate licence
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
* Basic computer skills; CRM and MLS experience a plus
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency required
* Minimum 6 months of real estate sales experience required
