community-based Occupational Therapy
that enhances the lives of our customers in the Bunbury / Mandurah region of WA
.
The day to day
Provide evidence-based clinical care in the community with a focus on Hospital Substitution programs, Restorative Care, and Home Care Package clients for great caseload diversity.
Deliver targeted Occupational Therapy for clients with complex health conditions or age-related care needs
Prescribe aids, equipment, and home modifications to support client goals
Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team for optimal client outcomes
Engage in our clinical supervision program with a dedicated supervisor

Required: Community or hospital OT experience
Qualifications: Occupational Therapy degree with AHPRA registration
Requirement: Valid driver's licence, insured vehicle
