Accountabilities
* Develop strategies that help clients achieve business goals through data and AI.
* Analyze existing business strategies and processes to unveil potential for data-driven value.
* Identify high-impact areas for data and AI-driven innovations and evaluate use cases.
* Structure complex issues into prioritized actions and create actionable roadmaps.
* Design organizational and governance models for effective data and AI use.
Requirements
* Several years of experience in strategy development or organizational consulting, ideally in data or digital strategy.
* Strong consulting toolkit, including strategic conceptualization, project management, and stakeholder communication.
* Knowledge of relevant data and AI use cases in businesses, with an ability to assess their impact and value.
* Self-driven, solution-oriented, and collaborative work ethic.
* Fluent in German at C1 level, both spoken and written.
