Job Description
* Prepare and maintain monthly customer invoicing
* Ensure the accurate and timely reporting of revenues and revenue related costs
* Reconciliation of customer and balance sheet accounts
* Ensure all customer and internal enquiries and complaints are handled promptly and in a professional manner
* Accurate and timely profitability reporting and correct customer billing
* Assisting with ad‐hoc tasks to support the wider finance function
The Successful Applicant
* Previous experience in an accounting or finance support role
* CPA qualified or currently working towards (preferred)
* Exposure to invoicing, reconciliations, and reporting
* Experience within a large or complex organisation is an advantage
* Strong Excel skills and high attention to detail
* Comfortable working in a deadline‐driven environment
