Job Description
As a Store Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe management of goods receivable, deliveries, and inventories. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a diverse range of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Management of stock, pick and pack orders
* Driving company vehicles for on-farm deliveries
* Goods receipt and dispatch
* Inventory control
* Maintaining safety processes
* Loading and unloading trucks, dispatching, and unpacking orders and deliveries
Required Skills and Qualifications
Key Skills:
* A proactive approach to work and practical organisation skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Effective verbal communications skills to build solid long-term customer relationships
* Full drivers' licence
* Forklift ticket is an advantage
Desired Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a team support role in a busy environment
* Passion for Australian farming and agriculture
