Looking for: Technical Support Engineer & Pre-Sales Engineer Office & Warehouse Address: Melbourne/Perth 1. Description of the Position:
* Provide remote or on-site after-sales technical support to customers via email, phone, instant messaging, and other means to resolve issues encountered by overseas customers during product installation and usage. For key accounts, recurring issues, and common product failures, promptly collect and consolidate relevant information, elevate to the R&D Department, and drive product quality improvements.
* Provide on-site service when necessary to resolve customer issues at their location.
* Guide installers in the installation, commissioning, and post-installation operation and maintenance of residential photovoltaic power stations.
* Conduct customer training: Provide product and after-sales process training for installers and end-users.
2. Skills and Experience Required:
* Preferably a bachelor's degree or higher in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields. Prior experience in after-sales service within the power industry is preferred.
* Proficiency in computer and office software operations.
* Proactive, responsible, with strong communication skills, a team spirit, and excellent goal-oriented execution.
* Fluent English proficiency; strong customer service orientation.
* Valid driver's license required for on-site service duties.
3. Core Requirements:
* Proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with fluent English language skills.
* Possession of a valid Australian long-term work visa.
* Expertise in electronic circuit analysis with after-sales service experience.
* Possession of a valid driver's license.
