**About the role**
Action Workforce is an Australian owned company, providing labour hire services across Australia for the picking and packing of vegetables from our client site in Doreen. Reporting to the Account Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the wider team, with no two days being the same. We are looking for someone who can speak Vietnamese to liaise with staff and can work Tuesday to Saturday 9am to 5.30pm.
Your role and responsibilities will be, but not limited to:
- Providing day-to-day leadership, guidance and direction for the team
- Ensure that all employees are adequately qualified, trained and experienced to perform their duties in a safe, competent and responsible manner.
- Filling high volume client job orders
- End to end recruitment which includes completing reference checks, Vevo, Criminal Checks, phone screening and interviews
- Building and maintaining professional relationships with both clients and casual employees
**Skills and Experience**
- Must be able to speak Vietnamese
- Previous customer service experience
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Excellent PC skills and intermediate knowledge of MS Office suite
- Current Australian driver’s licence
