The Role:
- Hours: 8-4 or 8.30-4.30
- Answering incoming calls
- Ensure there is always an adequate amount of Caregivers to service clients through retaining the best talent
- Responding to employee queries in a timely manner
- Schedule and conduct interviews with short listed applicants
- Maintain all employee records through Relationship Management Systems (RMS)
- Conduct background checks and monitor motor vehicle registration, insurance, and driver's license documents to ensure they are all current
- Conduct annual reviews on caregiver performance
Requirements for this role:
- Diploma in Human Resources or higher (highly desirable)
- Experience in recruitment
- Excellent communication skills
- Preferably have experience working in aged care/health care
- Be able to work both autonomously and as part of a team
