Your role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of high-quality craftsmanship, adhering meticulously to Australian Building Codes.
Your day-to-day will include:
Conducting rigorous site inspections to uphold superior construction standards
Maintaining meticulous paperwork, from invoices to job programs, ensuring smooth operations
Facilitating onsite meetings to synchronise efforts and ensure seamless progress
Providing comprehensive reports on job status, progress, costs, and future programs, optimising efficiency
Cultivating and promoting quality practices among trades and suppliers, fostering excellence
Identifying avenues to reduce waste, extras, and errors, maximising resource efficiency
Auditing safety protocols on-site and championing a culture of safety and well-being
What You'll Bring
You're a seasoned Site Manager with a knack for deciphering building plans, engineer reports, and specifications.
Alongside this, you embody:
A deep-seated passion for the building industry and a drive for excellence
A Diploma in Building and Construction or equivalent qualification
Proficiency in IT, with a command of the Microsoft suite and related programs
