We are currently recruiting for a guest oriented and dedicated Room Attendant to join our friendly team on a casual basis. As part of your day you will be responsible for the cleaning and resetting of our guest rooms, maintaining our cleaning trolleys and ensuring they always remain stocked and participating and supporting special cleaning projects as they arise. Your work will directly impact the guest experience - helping them feel relaxed, valued, and at home.
The day-to-day:
* Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to Novotel brand standards
* Restock amenities and ensure room presentation is guest-ready
* Report maintenance issues and lost property promptly
* Work efficiently to meet daily room quotas and timelines
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in back-of-house housekeeping areas
* Provide friendly and respectful interactions with guests and team members
* Ensure health & safety protocols are followed at all times

* Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (hotels, hospitals, commercial cleaning, etc.)
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
