The Opportunity
Our client is a well-established organisation with a strong culture and a fast-paced working environment. They are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Operations Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of their Customer Operations team. This role is critical to ensuring efficient workflows, accurate order processing, and a consistently positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
* Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat
* Processing customer orders with a high level of accuracy
* Maintaining and updating customer records and databases
* Supporting the Customer Operations Supervisor with administrative tasks
* Liaising with internal teams including commercial and logistics
* Advising customers on delivery updates and changes
* Handling customer complaints professionally and efficiently
* Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Qualifications
* Proven experience in customer service and administration
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent customer service and complaint-handling abilities
* High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Ability to work collaboratively across internal teams
