**Your responsibilities will include**: 
- As the Romeo Program Maintenance Planning Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the Planning Operations capabilities providing effective leadership, training and performance assessments. In addition, you will also prepare, analyse and deliver project costs and performance data for all relevant maintenance activities to monitor and control Program performance. 
- The primary focus of this role will include (not limited to): 
- Assist the Maintenance Project Manager to deliver department goals and provide in office leadership for the Maintenance Planning Team 
- Provide mentoring advice and guidance to all members of the Maintenance Planning Team and Program stakeholders across the Company with respect to Earned Value Management (EVM) activities. 
- Supervise operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as a liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. 
- Develop, Implement and Maintain integrated maintenance plans based on Aircraft Maintenance data (AMD) to provide optimal workflow of maintenance tasking. 
- Provide and analyse various reports and data for a range of stakeholders including reporting on cost and schedule issues, Project Status Reporting and End of Month Production Analysis and Trending, financial analyses, project reporting and maintenance schedules. 
- Provide analysis and identify production issues, trends, and risks to assist the maintenance team in meeting productivity and delivery milestones 
- Develop, oversee, and maintain labour records to manage and report maintenance tasks associated with MH-60R TLS program. 
- Liaise with the internal and external stakeholders regarding aircraft induction, scope, turn-around times, and delivery requirements of maintenance workshops. 
- Provide forecasts of maintenance progress and report schedule and progress abnormalities that may jeopardise Turn Around Times (TATs) and/or aircraft delivery and component repairs.

- To be considered for this position you will have: 
- Thorough technical aircraft maintenance experience 
- Qualifications in Project Management or ability to obtain. 
- Experience leading diverse teams across broad areas of expertise. 
- Significant planning experience including maintenance management and/ or operational planning 
- Significant experience implementing and maintaining structured operational maintenance plans to meet maintenance, operational and quality objectives. 
- Experience providing effective guidance, mentoring and training to other employees 
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across all program levels. 
Desirable: 
- Experience in aviation maintenance planning or scheduling role 
- Knowledge of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs. 
**Special Requirements**: 
- Applicants are required to be able to obtain and maintain Australian Defence Force security clearance.
